So much fun--again--with this family in Dallas.

We were actually supposed to shoot in Austin, but they changed locations to help me out and I was so, so grateful. I may or may not have given them a few extra photos say THANKS YOU'RE DA BOMB.

Thanks again, Val! I hope you love these!

I always love the time I get to spend with this family. Robin emailed me pretty last minute, but I was happy to oblige--we set her up for an early morning session while I was in Dallas this past weekend and--as usual--she showed up with the cutest outfits, and her kids had the sweetest smiles.

Thanks again, Robin! I hope you love your images!

I have been photographing Carrie and her family for many, many years and each year just gets better and better. In fact, this year, Carrie booked her 2020 family photos before we even had her 2019 session.

I love that she totally trusts me!

We walked around Lakeside Park for about 30 minutes during sunrise, and ended up feeding the ducks (and pretty, small children) with some Hawaiian rolls at the end. Totally my kind of session!

And as you can see, the colors were so, so brilliant that morning.

Thanks again, Carrie! I hope you love these!

It was so great to meet up with these two tonight!

After several hours of editing, it was nice to take a break and drive into the mountains for some photos. Plus, these two were total good sports and put up with all of my strange requests, haha!

Thanks again, Chris + Cassie!

Hope you love them!

This family was so much fun.

It was so cold. And when mom asked them to take their jackets off for a few photos, these kiddos didn't even complain.

They even threw snow in the end!

Thanks again, Kari. I hope you love your images!

When Allie and I first chatted about photos, she was excited about the prospect of shooting outside of their new home, with the gorgeous views of the Continental Divide. Having just moved away from there, I was all about it--I know just how gorgeous those views can be!

The only problem was, I forgot how windy, cold and miserable it can get in November (and December, January, February, March, April, May...). Lol.

The winds were insaaaane, and while big sister was willing to work through it--little sister wasn't having any of it.

And let's be real, I was excited to move the party indoors. Haha!

We hung out in the living room, and the girls read books to one another. We got to chat, and catch up, and I tried to capture moments as I saw them. It wasn't quite the gorgeous outdoor session, but I love these photos all the same.

Thanks again, Allie! I hope you love these. It's always fun hanging out with your gang!

This was my second time photographing Melissa and her crew--last time, they were only a party of three. ;)

I loved having the chance to photograph these two handsome boys, as they explored a little bit around the area and loved on their mama.

Thanks again, Melissa! I hope you love these!
