My trip to Texas last weekend started off a little rough with the weather--I actually had to cancel my sessions in Waco.
Thankfully, the sun came out to play on the second day and my sessions in Houston went off without a hitch!
First up, was Sarah and her family. I have known Sarah since my days at Baylor--it was awesome having the chance to meet and photograph her entire family. :)
Thanks again, Sarah! I hope you love them!

I loved this session so much--I learned that Casey is a local photographer, who recently moved here from the mid-west.
And her son was my daughter's perfect match. OMG. I couldn't believe how similar the two were!
But they had fun pretending certain characters were in my camera lens, and then asking if they were done yet--because all they wanted to do was play on the swings. Lol.
Thanks again, Casey! So great to have met you and spent time with you that evening!
Happy Mother's Day--I hope you love your images.

So I kicked off Mother's Day Mini sessions in 50 degree weather against a gorgeous sunset in Evergreen.
Then I drove home to Breckenridge, and battled sideways snow and blizzard conditions.
It was craaaaazy.
But it was so worth it! I loved the time I got to spend with my families that night, especially Katy and her little ones. It's always the best when fellow photographers ask you to photograph their families.
Thanks again, Katy! I hope you love your images!
