I always love my time with Kristy and Cohen.

Kristy has been a long (long long long) time friend, since my days as a waitress in college. We always got along really well, and now I just love every chance I get to spend time with her and watch her be a mom to her little man.

This location in Austin was perfect, too, I am so glad we found such a hidden gem!

Thanks again, Kristy! I hope you love your images!

I was so excited to host Austin family sessions at this new location--I had never been, but the photos online looked absolutely gorgeous.

And check out those waterfalls!

I will definitely be taking families back again next year. :)

Thanks again, Valerie. It's always a joy to see you and your family! I hope you love your images!

The night before our session together, Erin and I were kind of sweating the weather--it showed a 40% chance of rain, and we didn't really have an opportunity to reschedule.

The next morning, it had changed to 10%.

By the time we got together to shoot, we were in the clear.

Well...mostly. It rained the last five minutes of the session, and then as we walked to the car it POURED. Lol.

But we got our annual session in and I could not be happier with the outcome!

Thanks again, Erin! I hope you love them!

I had so much fun with this session--not just the session itself, but in the time I spent having the chance to edit it.

The colors are so rich and deep.

The smiles are so genuine.

The love these four have for one another is so obvious.

I always enjoy my time with Jen and her family--this time was no different.

Thanks again, girl. I hope you love these images as much as I do!

Oh my GOSH this little dude had me cracking up.

Number one, he was covered in mud before our session even started.

Number two, he was a classic dude and told me, "I don't really like pictures." Lol.

Thankfully, I know his family quite well and we were able to have lots of fun together, and get some pretty good shots--both of him smiling, and being a total goof ball. ;)

Thanks again, Linda! It's always wonderful seeing you!

I started off my final trip of the year in Texas to a tree farm just north of Houston, in spring. It was so cute--the trees were so little, and they had hay rides available for the kids. Such a great setting!

Jennifer and her family were up first, and they did not disappoint!!

Look at that precious girl! She was so sweet!

Thanks again, Jennifer!

I hope you love your images!

I have known Susan since my days in college--she was my big sister in our sorority at Baylor, and over time she has become one of my best friends. When she told me that she and her family would be coming to stay with us for the week of Thanksgiving, I just knew I had to take her out for family photos in the beautiful mountain scenery with snow. :)

We did so much while she and her family were here--Great Wolf Lodge, night tubing in Keystone, and we had a great Friendsgiving complete with steaks and wine.

Thank you, Susan! I hope you love your images! I had such a great time with you and your brood!
